Get Google Meets to show my phone number as me

How can I get Google Meet to show my phone number as me? If I call in with a mobile number I just show up as an obfuscated number. I can set my phone number on my google profile, but it doesn’t seem to pick up who I am.

May be worth mentioning that this is a Google Apps/Domain account for our corporate Google Apps.
